Yassine has been in the investment business for over 11 years and has been focused on the technology sector since 2001. Prior to joining MMV, Yassine worked as a senior financial analyst for a small team that actively managed the Canadian and US technology portfolio for the Caisse de dépot et placement du Québec, Canada’s largest pension fund. In this capacity he was actively meeting with the senior management teams of large public technology companies and participated in the strategy and management of the portfolio.

Yassine started his career as a risk management consultant at National Bank of Canada. Yassine graduated with Honors from HEC Business School in Montreal, QC; he is also Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Financial Risk Manager.
