TORONTO – January 15, 2007 – MMV Financial Inc. (MMV) announced today that Inder Duggal has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He will be responsible for managing operations and financial risk for the company.

Inder joins MMV with 30 years experience and expertise in strategic, financial and operational aspects of business. Prior to his joining MMV, he was CFO, Secretary, Treasurer and Director on the Board of Hummingbird Ltd., one of the largest technology public companies in Canada. During his 14 years tenure with the company, he was an integral part of building and growing the business, managing numerous acquisitions and divestitures, four public offerings and played a key role in the recent successful acquisition of the company.
Prior to joining Hummingbird, Inder spent 9 years with a French bank, where he was responsible for international banking and financial controls and reporting. Before that, he worked for a Tata company in India.
Inder is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce (honours) Degree. He has passed his Certified Public Accountants examination in the USA.
